As an Assistant Manager, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Leadership qualities, great personality, people oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Assist the Store Manager in ordering inventory and product supply
- Create positive work environment and training of team members
- Ensure baking and presentation of product is fresh and meets company standards
- Decorating skills are a plus
- At least 2 years of management experience
- High school diploma or comparable
- Provide documentation for authorization to work
- Basic computer knowledge
