The Sales Associate is accountable for all aspects of a Retail store environment that include meeting weekly sales and service goals, as well as create an environment to achieve an excellent customer and employee experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for executing all operational functions to ensure store profitability. Duties include but not limited to: Responding to social media notification, promoting store’s social media, phone and accessory sales, scheduling, inventory management, sales training, Cleaning store, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership. Cellular sales knowledge preferred. Retail sales knowledge required.

For consideration you will need:

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 successful months in a Retail Sales/Quota based position- Face-to-face customer service experience
• Manager contact from last job for reference
• Working knowledge of computers and POS systems
• Ability to work a retail schedule that includes Morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
