HARRASSING, OFFENSIVE OR VIOLENT BEHAVIOR PROHIBITED: Any physical or verbal threat to any person. Fighting, boisterous behavior, staring at or stalking. Profane or sexually offensive language. Conduct that creates a disturbance which interferes, disrupts, or endangers mall patrons. Throwing objects of any kind, spitting on floors or littering in any manner.

LOITERING: Loitering, hanging out, sitting on floors, blocking hallways, storefronts, fire exits, corridors, and congregating or walking in groups of 5 or more in such a way as to inconvenience others or impede traffic flow is not permitted.

NOISE: Yelling, singing or playing musical instruments is not allowed. Loud music or noise from any source including car sound systems, portable radios or electronic devices is not permitted.

ATTIRE: Appropriate attire is required (shirt, pants and shoes). Profane, offensive or antagonistic slogans or graphics will not be permitted. Offensive attire includes lewd or extreme dress or anything which may offend the sensitivities of others. Undergarments must not be visible. No hood, mask, bandana or other attire may be worn on the Property that conceals the face or has gang related meaning.

ALCHOHOL/DRUGS/TOBACCO/FIREARMS/WEAPONS: Alcohol, drugs, firearms and weapons of any kind shall not be brought onto the Property. All alcoholic beverage sold and licensed in any restaurant must remain inside the establishment, No Tobacco products are allowed in the public areas of the Property other than a smoking room, provided as a courtesy, designated for that purpose. No smoking or use of tobacco products is allowed at entries, alcoves, service hallways, loading or non-designated areas. You must be 18 years of age to use the “Smoking Room”.

YOUTH ESCORT POLICY: Any person under the age established for non-escorted juveniles must adhere to the hours and days they cannot be on the Property without parent or legal guardian (view full policy)

UNLAWFUL ENTRY: It is a trespass violation to be in the service corridor or other area not intended for public use or access for shopping.

ANIMALS: Animals, other than service animals (e.g. seeing-eye-dogs), are not allowed,

BIKES/SKATEBOARDS/ROLLERBLADES: The use of skates, skateboards, rollerblades or similar equipment is prohibited on the Property. The use of bicycles on the Property is permitted however all care, caution and reasonable courtesy is required. No bicycle is to be taken into the interior of the Mall.

SOLICITATION: Solicitation without written permission from Mall Management is prohibited.

TRUANCY: Golden East Crossing Mall does not permit school truancy at any time.

FOOD COURT: Food court tables are reserved for diners only except as permitted by Management.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Photography or videotaping is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Failure to obey these rules or to comply with lawful and reasonable requests by the Golden East Crossing Mall Management, Off Duty Police, Public Safety or persons otherwise designated will result in your being asked to leave the mall. If you refuse to leave, you may be charged and prosecuted for trespass.
